目的评价某省病案管理人员岗位认知及胜任能力现状,为完善病案管理人才培养方式,提高病案工作质量提供依据。方法 2017年4月开展某省医院病案管理岗位认知和胜任力自我评价随机抽样调查,实际回收调查问卷714份,用SPSS19.0建立数据库并进行描述性分析、因子分析、K-均值聚类分析等。结果岗位能力认知中可提取5个能较好解释影响病案管理人员胜任力的因素;而自我评价“不好”的人数占比超过10%的指标项包括统计分析工具、科研分析能力、卫生统计知识、医学基础知识、医疗管理知识,超过70%的被调查者认为需要学习和提高病案管理知识、数据统计分析以及医学等相关知识。结论应以病案管理人员胜任能力评价为基础、岗位需求为导向,加强病案管理专业建设和人才培养、建立病案管理继续教育培训基地、定期开展病案岗位培训和工作考核。
Objective To evaluate the current situation of job-awareness and competency of case-management staffs in a province and provide the basis for improving the training mode of case-management talents and improving the quality of medical record work. Methods In April 2017, a random sample survey was conducted on the self-evaluation of medical records management in a provincial hospital and 714 questionnaires were actually collected. The database was constructed by SPSS 19.0 and analyzed by descriptive analysis, factor analysis and K-means clustering Analysis and so on. Results Five of the factors that can influence the competence of medical record managers can be extracted from the questionnaire of job competence cognition. The index items accounting for more than 10% of self-evaluation “not good ” include statistical analysis tools, scientific research analysis ability More than 70% of the respondents think they need to learn and improve case management knowledge, data statistical analysis and medical related knowledge. Conclusions Should be based on the evaluation of competent medical personnel competence, job demand-oriented, strengthen the construction of case management professionals and personnel training, the establishment of medical record management continuing education training base, regular medical record job training and job evaluation.
