埋在水库坝下的输水工程,常因地质条件不好或因混凝土质量太差,空洞裂缝较多,使管身与外界形成渗水通道。这些问题轻则使工程不能正常运用,重则危及大坝安全。以往处理时,多以挖出旧管,重新回填,另建输水管。但这样工程量大,工期长,费用多。针对我县董家口水库工期紧迫情况,对土坝与输水涵管接触面的集中渗流问题,采用粘土灌浆办法处理,取得了明显效果,有效地控制了集中渗流危害,节省了修复工程量和投资,保证了枢纽工程的安全。为小型水利水电工程类似的质量事故,提供了可行的处理经验。
