近日,记者就地方经济如何发展问题采访了不少政府官员、专家学者,他们从区域规划、发展战略、决策路径等不同角度,谈了各自对这一问题的独到见解。其中,中国人民大学经济学院副院长高德步教授关于“领导人素质高低决定地方经济发展快慢”的观点颇有新意。为此,记者专程到高教授家中拜访,与他就地方官员应如何尽快摆脱一些错误的思维方式,提高区域经济的决策水平问题进行了畅谈。
Recently, the reporter interviewed many government officials, experts and scholars on how to develop the local economy. They talked about their unique opinions on this issue from different angles of regional planning, development strategy and decision-making path. Among them, Professor Gao Debu, vice president of the School of Economics of Renmin University of China, said: “The quality of leaders determines the speed of development of the local economy”. To this end, the reporter made a special trip to visit Professor Gao’s home and talked with him on how local officials should get rid of some wrong thinking modes and improve the decision-making level of regional economy as soon as possible.
