基于热辐射测温原理,介绍了红外热像仪测温理论,为了提高钢水的测温精度,搭建了实验平台,获得了不同温度下的熔融金属(钢水)的红外图像。通过小波去噪方法获得信噪比较高的红外灰度图像,利用Matlab软件进行温度场等温线的绘制和形态学显示,使其能够真实的再现熔池表面温度场情况,从而达到测量精度和设计要求,此方法为熔融金属在线红外热像测温的研究打下了坚实的基础。
Based on the principle of thermal radiation temperature measurement, the theory of temperature measurement by infrared thermal imager was introduced. In order to improve the temperature measurement accuracy of molten steel, an experimental platform was set up to obtain infrared images of molten metal (molten steel) at different temperatures. The infrared grayscale image with high signal-to-noise ratio was obtained by wavelet denoising method. The drawing and morphological display of the temperature field isotherm were carried out by using Matlab software, which could realistically reproduce the temperature field of the molten pool surface to achieve the measurement accuracy and Design requirements, this method for the molten metal on-line infrared thermography temperature measurement has laid a solid foundation.
