2008年以来,各级民政部门大力推动民政事业单位设置社会工作岗位。广州市事业单位人事制度改革允许不同岗位人员在具备一定条件的情况下进行交流转换。广州市社会福利院(以下简称广州院)抓住契机,探索实施工勤技能人员转岗竞聘工作,创设护理社工岗位,有力地推动福利院社会工作岗位开发与激励保障工作。
Since 2008, civil affairs departments at all levels have vigorously promoted the establishment of social work posts by civil affairs institutions. The reform of the personnel system in public institutions in Guangzhou allows for the exchange and conversion of personnel in different positions with certain conditions. Guangzhou Social Welfare Institute (hereinafter referred to as Guangzhou Institute) seized the opportunity to explore the implementation of job-hopping skilled personnel transfer competition, the establishment of nursing social worker positions, and vigorously promote the welfare of social work development and incentive work.
