加工中心的维修,关键在于正确的诊断。对维修人员来讲,要求较全面地掌握机、电、液、气等有关知识。现将有关数控机床维修的一些肤浅体会小结出来,望多指教。一、回转工作台指令不到位数控铣床或加工中心的回转工作台,其结构大体有两种,一是端面齿结合式,台面以分度形式回转;另一种是蜗轮副式,台面连续进行回转。后者的蜗杆通常采用双导程变螺距形式,以消除反向间隙。
