人胃反刍现象临床上少见,一对胞兄弟出现反刍现象者更罕见.现将一对胞兄弟胃反刍现象报告如下。例1 男,25岁,10年来餐后10分钟胃内容物即一口一口反流到口腔,重嚼后吞回胃腔反嚼10余分钟.不伴腹痛、呕吐等。纤维胃镜检查胃腔无畸形,有十二指肠球部溃疡、慢性浅表性胃炎。给予甲氰脒呱、胃复安等治疗2个月痊愈。例2 男,19岁,系例1胞弟.餐后数分钟出现反嚼现象6年.胃镇检查胃腔形态正常、见慢性浅表性胃炎.经胃复安、猴头菌片治疗后症状减轻,偶有饭后反嚼数口,无其它不适。
