目的:分析某部军队就诊人员常见病发病率与季节的相关性。方法:以医师工作站中的电子病历为资料来源进行调查,重点对2007-2009年3年间的病历档案进行汇总分析。结果:发病前5位的疾病为上呼吸道感染、咽(喉)炎、下呼吸道感染、胃肠炎(含肠炎、腹泻、胃肠炎)和外伤;前15种常见病约占总就诊例次的60%;外伤、皮炎、足癣在春夏季高发,胃肠炎、结膜炎和扁桃体炎在夏秋季高发,下呼吸道感染、胃炎和关节炎在冬季高发。结论:应针对不同季节的疾病发病特点做好相应防治工作。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correlation between the incidence of common diseases and the season in a certain military unit. Methods: Based on the electronic medical records in physician workstations as the source of data, the author focused on the compilation and analysis of medical records from 2007 to 2009. Results: The top five diseases were upper respiratory infection, pharyngolaryngitis, lower respiratory tract infection, gastroenteritis (including enteritis, diarrhea, gastroenteritis) and trauma. The first 15 common diseases accounted for about the total number of visits 60%; trauma, dermatitis, athlete’s foot high in spring and summer, gastroenteritis, conjunctivitis and tonsillitis in high summer and fall, lower respiratory tract infection, gastritis and arthritis in winter. Conclusion: Corresponding prevention and control work should be done according to the characteristics of disease onset in different seasons.
