职业教育岗位化教学的实施可以实现专业设置与社会需求的零距离配合,教学内容与职业需求的零距离贴近,实践教学与职业岗位的零距离接触。模拟岗位能力的训练将能力训练、知识学习与素质培养相结合,对学生在各个阶段的学习中起到了积极的促进作用。
The implementation of vocational education post-teaching can achieve zero distance between professional setting and social demand, close distance between teaching content and professional needs, and zero distance contact between practice teaching and professional post. The ability to simulate post training will be capacity-building, knowledge learning and quality training combined to the students in all stages of learning has played a positive role in promoting.
