建立保持共产党员先进性的长效机制,是从党的先进性建设的长期性、复杂性和艰巨性出发提出来的重要任务。据此分析了建立保持共产党员先进性的“长效机制链”的必要性和重要性,阐述了“8+1”机制体系的基本内容,论证了“长效机制链”各机制间的相互关系,强调应把教育、自律和机制相结合的“三位一体”思想作为一条主线贯穿于“8+1”机制构建的始终,并提出了衡量保持共产党员先进性长效机制实际效果的客观标准。
Establishing a long-term mechanism to maintain the advanced nature of party members is an important task set out from the long-term, complicated and arduous nature of the party’s advanced nature.
