目的探讨应用低频旋转磁场治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的治疗效果及应用价值。方法选取2010年12月至2012年12月间入院治疗的100例晚期恶性肿瘤患者,均采用低频旋转磁场治疗,包括原发病灶、转移器官和受累淋巴结。治疗频率为每周1次,每次2h。经过2个月的治疗后对患者的病情进行检查,采用QOL和KPS评分标准评估治疗效果,并记录患者出现的不良反应。结果治疗2个月后,显效21例,有效33例,总有效率为54.0%。治疗过程中,8例患者出现乏力,9例患者出现治疗部位的轻微针刺样疼痛,4例患者出现体温升高或血压升高的现象,均未经处理,治疗结束后可恢复正常,无不良反应引起的死亡发生。结论低频旋转磁场治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效较好,不良反应均可耐受,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and application value of low-frequency rotating magnetic field in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors. Methods A total of 100 patients with advanced malignancy who were admitted to hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were treated with low-frequency rotating magnetic field, including primary lesion, metastatic organ and lymph node involvement. The frequency of treatment is once a week for 2 hours each. After 2 months of treatment, the patient’s condition was examined, the treatment effect was assessed using the QOL and KPS score criteria, and the patient’s adverse reactions were recorded. Results After 2 months of treatment, 21 cases were markedly effective and 33 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 54.0%. During the course of treatment, 8 patients showed weakness, 9 patients showed slight acupuncture-like pain at the treatment site, 4 patients had body temperature increase or high blood pressure, were untreated and returned to normal after treatment, Adverse reactions caused by death. Conclusion The low-frequency rotating magnetic field has good curative effect in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors, and the adverse reactions can be tolerated, which is worthy of popularization and application.
