采用细胞灶法测定硫酸镍对BALB/c-3T3细胞诱发转化的活性,结果表明当硫酸镍浓度≥100μmol/L时转化率增高(P<0.05),且有剂量反应关系。本文首次报道硫酸镍可诱发BALB/c-3T3细胞转化,并与我们最近报道的氯化镍对该细胞的作用作了比较。
The activity of nickel sulfate on the induced transformation of BALB / c-3T3 cells was determined by the cell foci method. The results showed that when the concentration of nickel sulfate was over 100μmol / L, the conversion rate increased (P <0.05) and dose-dependent relationship. This paper reports for the first time that nickel sulfate induces the transformation of BALB / c-3T3 cells and compares the effect of this nickel chloride with our recently reported nickel chloride.
