运用正相、反相硅胶柱层析和HPLC对野花椒(Zanthoxylum utile Huang)的化学成分进行研究,并利用现代波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.从野花椒茎木乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为茵芋碱(1),白藓碱(2),γ-花椒碱(3),得卡瑞花椒碱(4),辛夷脂素(5),horsfieldin(6),表芝麻脂素(7),6,7,8-三甲氧基香豆素(8),滨蒿内酯(9),对羟基肉桂醛(10),β-谷甾醇(11).所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得.
The chemical constituents of Zanthoxylum utile Huang were studied by normal phase, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and HPLC, and the structure of the compound was identified by modern spectroscopy. Eleven compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of P. chinensis. , were identified as scutellarin (1), abirubin (2), gamma-pepperine (3), dicalore (4), ganoderma (5), horsfieldin (6), sesame sebum (7),6,7,8-trimethoxycoumarin (8), scoparone lactone (9), p-hydroxycinnamaldehyde (10), β-sitosterol (11).
