建筑工程造价预算是整个建筑工程实际耗资的全部固有资产,也是建筑工程施工过程消耗费用的总和,其涉及范围广,包括建筑物、构筑物、道路、室外管道铺设、大型土石方工程等。工程造价预算作为工程投资的重要依据,在整个工程管理工作中占有举足轻重的地位,工程造价管理者的管理水平、市场的经济规律以及一些人为的因素都会影响工程造价的最终确定,预算不合理往往会造成超预算现象,严重阻碍工程的施工,那么如何解决建筑工程造价预算控制不合理的问题,就成了建筑行业的首要解决问题。本论述主要结合建筑工程造价预算控制发展现状,提出几点强化建筑工程造价预算控制的措施。
The construction cost estimate is the total actual capital cost of the entire construction project. It is also the sum of the construction project construction cost, which covers a wide range of buildings, structures, roads, outdoor pipe laying, large-scale earthwork and so on. Project cost budget, as an important basis for project investment, plays a decisive role in the entire project management. The management level of engineering cost managers, the economic laws of the market and some man-made factors will affect the final determination of project cost and the unreasonable budget. Will cause over budget phenomenon, seriously hinder the construction of the project, then how to solve the construction project budget control unreasonable problem, it has become the construction industry’s primary problem solving. This dissertation mainly combines the development status of construction project budget control, and puts forward some measures to strengthen the budget control of construction project cost.
