Fourth, the world’s first postal stamp variant of the previous stamp Postmaster General Henry Bishao Pu in 1661 for the delay in the delivery of letters invented the world’s first date stamp date. The stamp is circular, divided into two semi-circular up and down, E semicircle for the month, the lower half for the date. The world calls this stamp “Bissau Postmark.” The author collects several Bishop Push postmarks, the smallest of which is 1.5 centimeters in diameter and the time is August 17, 1765. The stamp, the lower semicircle transverse left intersection junction rupture. The stamp is old, small and chic. It is estimated that the early Bissau Postmark (later postponed and some 2.5 centimeters in diameter) has become a rare lower semicircle due to its long duration of use , Small semicolon variant stamp.
