采用3级循环酸浸提取赤泥中的钛,考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度和反应时间对钛浸出率的影响。根据浸出实验数据进行动力学分析,确定了反应控制步骤。结果表明:在浸出级数为3级、硫酸浓度为6mol/L、液固比为5∶1、浸出温度为90℃、反应时间为60min的条件下,钛浸出率可达82%,且酸耗量降低25%。该浸出过程表观活化能为21.77kJ/mol,主要受内扩散步骤控制,动力学曲线的线性相关系数大于0.98。硫酸浓度和浸出温度是影响钛浸出的关键因素。
Titanium in red mud was extracted by 3-step recirculating acid leaching. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature and reaction time on the leaching rate of titanium were investigated. According to the leaching experiment data, kinetic analysis was carried out to confirm the reaction control step. The results showed that the leaching rate of titanium was up to 82% with the leaching order of 3, the concentration of sulfuric acid of 6mol / L, the liquid-solid ratio of 5:1, the leaching temperature of 90 ℃ and the reaction time of 60min. Consumption reduced by 25%. The apparent activation energy of the leaching process was 21.77 kJ / mol, which was mainly controlled by the internal diffusion step. The linear correlation coefficient of the kinetic curve was greater than 0.98. Sulfuric acid concentration and leaching temperature are the key factors affecting the leaching of titanium.
