以‘平邑甜茶’为基砧,以‘M26’‘B9’‘CG80’‘Mark’和‘崂山柰子’为中间砧,嫁接苹果品种‘嘎拉’,以‘平邑甜茶’上直接嫁接‘嘎拉’为对照,研究中间砧对‘嘎拉’树体前期生长发育的影响。结果表明:不同砧木对‘嘎拉’顶芽形成率从高到低依次为‘M26’‘B9’‘崂山柰子’‘CG80’‘平邑甜茶’‘Mark’;不同砧木对‘嘎拉’分枝角度,2008年从大到小依次为‘平邑甜茶’>‘崂山柰子’>‘Mark’>‘M26’>‘B9’>‘CG80’;嫁接于各矮化中间砧的‘嘎拉’树1年生枝条长度、粗度、节间长度明显小于直接嫁接于‘平邑甜茶’上的‘嘎拉’树;嫁接于各砧木上的‘嘎拉’树枝量明显少于直接嫁接于‘平邑甜茶’上的‘嘎拉’树;嫁接于各砧木上的‘嘎拉’树株高、树干横断面积和冠径从小到大顺序一致,均依次是‘M26’<‘CG80’<‘B9’<‘崂山柰子’<‘Mark’<‘平邑甜茶’,其年增幅,‘平邑甜茶’最大,‘M26’最小;与对照相比,除‘Mark’外,矮化中间砧都提高了‘嘎拉’成花能力。
