横向供应管理是提高装备保障效率的有效途径,传统的研究通常假设转运在所有库存站点之间进行,但这种转运结构在很多应用领域都并非是最好的选择。针对该问题,提出了适用于具有不同缺货费用的横向供应策略下的多点库存单向转运模型,运用一种简单有效的启发式算法对模型进行求解,算法的正确性通过仿真进行了验证。数值实例表明单向转运模型能够有效地提高系统的满足率、可用库存量和缺货水平等性能参数,同时反映了所采取的转运措施对库存系统的影响,对于完善备件库存理论具有重要意义,为制定合理的备件优化方案提供决策依据。
Horizontal supply management is an effective way to improve the efficiency of equipment support. The traditional research usually assumes that transhipment works between all inventory sites. However, this transhipment structure is not the best choice in many fields of application. Aiming at this problem, a multi-point inventory one-way transfer model is proposed for horizontal supply with different out-of-pocket costs. A simple and effective heuristic algorithm is used to solve the model. The correctness of the algorithm is verified through simulation . The numerical examples show that the unidirectional transport model can effectively improve the performance of the system such as the satisfaction rate, available inventory and out-of-stock level, as well as the impact of the transport measures on the inventory system, which is of great significance for the improvement of spare parts inventory theory. To provide a reasonable plan for the optimization of spare parts to provide decision-making basis.
