目的观察短期持续胰岛素静脉注射对老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的作用。方法 64例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为持续胰岛素静脉注射组32例、多次皮下胰岛素注射(MSII)治疗组32例,治疗3 d,评估治疗前后血糖控制及低血糖发生情况。结果治疗后静脉注射组血糖下降明显,低血糖发生率低。结论持续胰岛素静脉注射可以短期内降低老年2型糖尿病患者血糖,低血糖发生率低。
Objective To observe the effect of short-term sustained insulin intravenous injection on blood glucose control in elderly type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-four elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into continuous insulin intravenous injection group (32 cases) and multiple subcutaneous insulin injection (MSII) treatment group (32 cases) for 3 days to evaluate the blood sugar control and hypoglycemia before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the blood glucose of the intravenous injection group decreased obviously, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was low. Conclusion Sustained insulin intravenous injection can shorten the blood glucose in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, low incidence of hypoglycemia.
