目的 监督指导全省日本援助结核病控制项目县的工作实施。方法 按项目实施指南要求 ,检查2 0 0 2年首批启动项目县有关政府承诺 ,结核病归口管理 ,结核病人的发现、登记、报告、治疗及管理情况 ,并现场制作督导记录。结果 项目实施 4个月来 ,共接诊门诊病人 74 2 4例 ,发现结核病人 4 378例 ,其中涂阳病人 136 2例 ,列入项目免费治疗 14 38例 ,项目病人直接监督短程疗法 (DOTS)管理率 31.5 % ,2个月痰菌转阴率 81.3% ,综合医院结核病转诊率平均 4 7.3%。结论 项目工作进展顺利 ,但各项目县发展不平衡。实现政府对项目工作承诺 ,有效落实结核病归口管理 ,推行并扩大DOTS管理覆盖面是做好项目工作的关键。
Objective To supervise and guide the implementation of the project of Japan’s aid TB control project in Japan. Methods According to the requirements of the project implementation guidelines, the first batch of government projects promulgated in 2006, such as the commitment of the government, the centralized management of tuberculosis, the discovery, registration, reporting, treatment and management of tuberculosis patients, were inspected and the supervisory records were produced on the spot. Results A total of 74 2 4 outpatients were admitted to the clinic during the first 4 months of the project. A total of 4 378 TB patients were found, of whom 136 2 were smear-positive patients and 14 38 were treated free of charge. The patients under direct supervision of DOTS ) Management rate of 31.5%, 2 months sputum negative conversion rate of 81.3%, General Hospital TB referral rate of an average of 4 7.3%. Conclusion The project work progressed smoothly, but the development of each project county is not balanced. Achieving the government’s commitment to project work, effectively implementing tuberculosis centralized management, and implementing and expanding DOTS management coverage are the keys to good project work.
