各种政治文化相互作用、相互并存的局面对在一元政治文化背景下发展起来的传统思想政治教育提出了各种挑战:(1)对思想政治教育主导性提出转换的历史任务;(2)加大了思想政治教育过程的进展难度;(3)削弱了传统思想政治教育方法的有效性;(4)对思想政治教育工作者提出更高要求。为了使思想政治教育继续发挥生命线的作用,需要对思想政治教育做出相应的调整:(1)正确认识各种政治文化的区别与联系;(2)把建设社会主义政治文化作为思想政治教育长期目标;(3)重视思想政治教育者的选拔和培训;(4)加强多元政治文化教育,培养国民文化选择能力;(5)注意各种思想政治教育方法的综合利用。
Various political and cultural interactions and mutual coexistence pose various challenges to the traditional ideological and political education developed under the background of a one-way political and cultural culture: (1) the historic task of transforming the dominant ideological and political education; (2) (3) Weakened the effectiveness of traditional methods of ideological and political education; (4) Put forward higher requirements for ideological and political education workers.
