随着人类社会的发展,多样化的人类饮食结构以及环境污染的日益严重,胆囊肿瘤的发病率呈逐步增高趋势,严重影响着人们的健康和生活质量,提高对胆囊肿瘤的诊治水平已经刻不容缓。尤其是胆囊癌因其恶性程度高、预后差,早期诊断及治疗具有重要临床意义。近年来影像学技术的快速发展,特别是SonoVue超声造影技术的广泛应用,对胆囊肿瘤的认识、诊断及鉴别诊断提供了新的平台,本文就此作一综述。
With the development of human society, diversified human diet structure and the increasingly serious environmental pollution, the incidence of gallbladder tumors is gradually increasing trend, seriously affecting people’s health and quality of life, improve the diagnosis and treatment of gallbladder tumors has become urgent. Especially gallbladder cancer because of its high degree of malignancy, poor prognosis, early diagnosis and treatment of important clinical significance. In recent years, the rapid development of imaging technology, especially the extensive application of SonoVue ultrasound imaging technology, provides a new platform for the understanding, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder tumors.
