房价与地价的关系,是当前土地管理的一个热点问题。任何一个热心土地事业的人,都会参与到这个讨论中来,为土地管理建言献策。笔者对于这个问题的基本观点是:房价也带动地价,地价也推动房价,它们是房价地价完整关系中的两个环节,单独强调其中某一个环节都是片面的。国土资源部应该绕过争论,采用严格的土地管理措施降低房价。
The relationship between house prices and land prices is currently a hot issue of land management. Anyone who is passionate about the cause of the land will participate in this discussion and offer suggestions for land management. The author’s basic view on this issue is: housing prices also drive land prices, land prices also promote housing prices, they are the two links in the complete relationship between prices and land prices, a separate emphasis on one of the links are one-sided. The Ministry of Land and Resources should bypass controversy and adopt strict land management measures to reduce housing prices.
