了解北京市西城区2010-2014年市售食品中致病菌污染现状,确定高危食品种类,制定相关防控措施,减少食品安全事件的发生。根据北京市食品安全风险监测方案要求,对辖区各类流通环节食品开展随机采样和检验。指标包括单核细胞增生李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、副溶血弧菌等致病菌。结果显示,2010-2014年共采集样本917件,检出致病菌阳性菌株113株,总阳性率12.32%。其中生肉、生水产为阳性率最高食品。北京市西城区市售食品中致病菌污染现状不容乐观,应加强对应高危种类的卫生管理,防止食物中毒的发生。
To understand the status quo of the contamination of pathogenic bacteria in commercial foodstuffs in Xicheng District of Beijing from 2010 to 2014, determine the types of high-risk foodstuffs, formulate relevant prevention and control measures and reduce the occurrence of food safety incidents. According to Beijing’s food safety risk monitoring program requirements, the area of various types of food circulation to carry out random sampling and testing. Indicators include Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and other pathogens. The results showed that from 2010 to 2014, a total of 917 samples were collected, and 113 strains were positive for pathogenic bacteria, with a total positive rate of 12.32%. The raw meat, raw aquatic products for the highest positive rate. The prevalence of pathogenic bacteria in commercial food in Xicheng District of Beijing is not optimistic. Health management should be strengthened to prevent food poisoning.
