我厂生产的1∶50系列9SiCr钢制销子铰刀(以下简称铰刀),原热处理工艺为:860±10℃油淬,160℃回火。技术要求为:d≤6mm的铰刀,HRC61~64;d>6mm的铰刀,HRC62~65,径跳e≤0.20mm。在多年的生产中,按上述工艺处理的铰刀,变形超差率在40%左右。由于铰刀外形比较特殊,柄短、刃带长而薄,常规的冷校直无法保证铰刀刃带的完整性,又因生产批量大,热校直受到限制,变形超差的铰刀都报
