消防工作社会化是一项社会性、综合性较强的系统工程,涉及到政府各部门、各行各业以及千家万户。由于消防执法监督专业人员编制的限制,各区县都面临着消防管理人员匮乏的难题,这与日益繁重的消防管理不相适应。由政府主导、出资组建的防火管理员队伍应运而生,这不仅解决了消防安全管理队伍力量不足的问题,也推动了基层防火工作的落实与开展。
Socialization of fire fighting work is a social and comprehensive systematic project involving all branches of government, all walks of life and millions of households. Due to the restriction of the establishment of fire law enforcement supervision professionals, all districts and counties are faced with the problem of lack of firefighting management personnel, which is incompatible with the increasingly heavy fire management.
