去年以来,我省不少商业企业先后都推行了商品保本保利期管理,通过实践,加强了商品购销管理,推动了双增双节运动。但同时也出现了一些新情况和新问题,需要引起注意。一、企业承包后要继续搞好商品保本保利期管理。目前,有的人认为,企业承包后无须再搞商品保本保利期管理,这是不对的。实际上,承包经营责任制主要是解决国家和企业以及企业内部各部门的分配关系,并不能自动提高企业的管理水平。企业为了完成承包任务,管理工作只能加强,不能削弱。商品保本保利期管理是已被实践证明行之有效的
