东莞自1996年实施再就业工程以来,各项工作进展顺利,为推动经济体制改革,维护社会稳定发挥了重要的作用。一、东莞市下岗职工的现状。东莞市原有下岗职工2641人(98年1月数),约占全市职工总数的2%,他们大部分分布在市属国有企业,一部分分布在市属集体企业。为做好下岗职工的分流安置工作,市劳动、工商、财政、税务、银行、城建等部门根据各自职能制订了多项优惠政策,扶持他们就业。几年来通过企业内部分流安置、劳动职介部门介绍就业和自谋职业等渠道,已成功安置了1192人(至2000年7月止)安置率达到45.13%,目
Since the implementation of the reemployment project in 1996, Dongguan has proceeded smoothly and has played an important role in promoting the reform of the economic system and maintaining social stability.
