初中语文学困生在合作学习的进程中,存在诸多问题,而原因无外是以下两个方面。一、教师方面的原因学习永远是学习者自己的事,学习者需要对自己的学习负责,教师可以指导、引领、促进、帮助、组织学生学习,但是无论如何不能代替学生的学习。1.教师对合作学习的认识不到位在一个小组中,如果合作者坐在一起,做他们各自的作业,并且他们之间进行自由的交谈,这并不是真正的合作学习。如果一个小组被分配了某项任务,然而只有一个学习者把任务完成了,其他人只是签名,这也不是真正的合作学习。
