绍兴为发展战略性新兴产业构筑起规划引领、政策扶持、平台支撑、要素保障、舆论引导等七大体系,引导社会资源全面向新兴产业倾斜,使各路资本放心、大胆地投向新兴产业。4年前,呼啸前行的绍兴经济列车,60%的动力来自于工业,工业中又有50%来自于轻纺。人们怀疑,这种特殊的产业模式,如何应对金融危机的重重险阻?
