复合材料构件多从连接部位和粘结界面开始破坏。本文采用二次细分网格方法对夹层结构复合材料天线罩连接区域和变形最大区结构强度进行模拟。二次细分网格方法在结构强度分析计算中有着广泛应用,本文实现了壳单元和实体单元相互结合对复杂结构的模拟,既可以减少计算量又可以保证计算精度。这种方法对于其他大型夹层结构分析有重要意义。
Composite components and more from the interface and bonding interface damage. In this paper, the quadratic subdivision grid method is used to simulate the structural strength of the connecting area and the maximum deformed zone of the composite material radome with sandwich structure. The secondary subdivision grid method has been widely used in structural strength analysis and calculation. This paper realizes the simulation of complex structure by combining the shell element and the solid element with each other, which can not only reduce the amount of calculation but also ensure the calculation precision. This method is of great importance to other large mezzanine structures.
