目的以活化部分凝血活酶时间(a PTT),凝血酶原时间(PT),凝血酶时间(TT)纤维蛋白原(Fbg)四个凝血项目为例建立新生儿凝血四项的生物参考区间。方法以临床实验室标准化协会(Clinical and Labor atory Standards Institute CLSI)C28-A2推荐的方法,通过检测120例健康个体,建立适合实验室内凝血项目生物参考区间,用计算符合率的方法对自建生物参考区间进行评价。结果 a PTT 37.5 s-57.9 s,PT 9.5 s-15.3 s,TT 15.6 s-22.9 s,Fbg 1.18 g/L-2.80 g/L进验证符合率大于95%。结论本文建立新生儿凝血四项参考范围适用本实验室止凝血检测系统,实验室应建立自己的止凝血项目的新生儿生物参考区间。
Objective To establish four biological reference intervals of clotting of newborn with the four coagulation items of activated partial thromboplastin time (PTT), prothrombin time (PT) and fibrinogen (TT) fibrinogen (Fbg). Methods According to the recommendation of Clinical and Labor atory Standards Institute CLSI C28-A2, 120 healthy individuals were tested to establish biological reference interval suitable for laboratory coagulation project, Biological reference interval for evaluation. Results a PTT 37.5 s-57.9 s, PT 9.5 s-15.3 s, TT 15.6 s-22.9 s, Fbg 1.18 g / L-2.80 g / L into the validation rate of more than 95%. Conclusion This article establishes the four reference ranges of neonatal clotting for our laboratory coagulation testing system, the laboratory should establish its own neonatal biological reference block of coagulation project.
