应用自制脐血作为辅助治疗手段,在临床上系统地应用于82例化疗或放疗中癌症患者。结果发现:脐血输注能回升白细胞,回升率100％,并能改善化疗或放疗病人的一般临床症状,减少化疗或放疗的副作用。
The use of self-made umbilical cord blood as an adjunct to treatment was systematically applied to 82 patients with cancer in chemotherapy or radiotherapy. As a result, it was found that cord blood transfusion can increase leukocytes and the recovery rate is 100%, and can improve the general clinical symptoms of patients undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
