基于1999~2010年安徽省工业36个行业的投入产出面板数据,通过SBM模型考察工业行业全要素碳排放绩效变化情况,并运用Tobit模型估计工业规模结构、资本深化、能源结构和所有制等要素对安徽省工业行业全要素CO_2排放绩效变化的影响程度。研究表明:考察期内,安徽省工业行业间的全要素碳排放绩效差异显著,整体全要素碳排放绩效不断提高,纯技术效率改善是其提高的主要原因,尤其是七大高能耗行业的纯技术效率改善起决定性作用;工业规模结构、资本深化、能源结构和所有制等要素对于碳排放绩效提高有不同程度影响。
Based on input-output panel data of 36 industries in Anhui Province from 1999 to 2010, this paper examines the changes of total factor carbon emissions performance of the industry through the SBM model. Tobit model is also used to estimate factors such as industrial scale structure, capital deepening, energy structure and ownership Impact on the Performance Change of Total Factor CO 2 Emission in Industrial Sector of Anhui Province. The research shows that during the study period, the total factor carbon emission performance of Anhui’s industry was significantly different. The overall total factor carbon emission performance was continuously improved and pure technical efficiency improvement was the main reason for its improvement. Especially, the net profit of the seven high energy consumption industries The improvement of technical efficiency plays a decisive role. Factors such as industrial scale structure, capital deepening, energy structure and ownership have different impacts on the improvement of carbon emissions performance.
