笔者分析76例室性早搏(简称室早)心电图,其结果如下:室早QRS≥0.16秒为器质性心脏病者达100％。QRS波畸形越明显越能证实有心脏病变。频发性室早大都为病理性占88.3％,功能性占11.7％。多源性室早均属病理性。室早的联律间期越短,其病理意义越大(R-R′间期 The author analyzes 76 cases of ventricular premature beats (referred to as room early) ECG, the results are as follows: Room early QRS ≥ 0.16 seconds for organic heart disease were up to 100%.
