针对抗磨铸铁磨球开裂倾向大的问题,通过落球试验测试了低合金抗磨铸铁磨球抗多频次冲击破坏能力,并借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜对其组织及断口进行了分析。结果表明,稀土变质能提高低合金抗磨铸铁磨球抗多频次冲击破坏能力,稀土变质后再经适当的热处理效果更显著。
In order to solve the problem of large cracking tendency of wear-resistant cast iron grinding balls, the impact-breaking ability of low-alloy cast iron grinding balls against multi-frequency impact was tested by falling ball test. The microstructure and fracture of the grinding balls were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the rare earth deterioration can improve the abrasion resistance of multi-frequency low-alloy anti-friction cast iron ball, and the effect of rare earth deterioration after proper heat treatment is more significant.
