为瞭解当前学生课间餐中的主要卫生问题,1987年10月~1988年2月,武汉、长沙、太原、西安、成都、兰州、石家庄、哈尔滨八城市组织的学生课间餐卫生现况调查,共对65所中小学校,45797名加餐学生的食品种类、数量、生产方式、包装、运输等各个环节的卫生情况进行了全面调查(统一按武汉市卫生防疫站设计的方案进行),并对食品、餐具、手等506件样品进行了细菌学检验,现将结果报告如下:
