本文从粉末粒度分布、微观结构以及对合金性能的影响等三方面探讨了以蓝钨为原料制取用颗粒W粉、WC粉的特性。结果表明,从W粉、WC粉的粒度分布曲线来看,蓝钨原料与黄钨原料没有什么本质区别,要制取粒度分布比较平坦、没有尖峰的粗颗粒W粉和粒度分布曲线不出现双峰的粗颗粒WC粉不能靠选择原料种类来解决;用扫描电镜观察W粉、WC粉的微观形貌时发现,用黄钨为原料制的W粉、WC粉颗粒表面存在明显微孔,而这一现象在以蓝钨为原料制得的W粉、WC粉中没有发现;与黄钨相比,以蓝钨为原料制得的WC-Co、WC-Co-Ni硬质合金具有较好的综合性能。
In this paper, the characteristics of W powder and WC powder prepared from blue tungsten were investigated from three aspects: the particle size distribution, the microstructure and the effect on the properties of the alloy. The results show that from the W powder, WC powder particle size distribution curve point of view, there is no essential difference between the blue tungsten raw material and yellow tungsten raw material, to make the particle size distribution is relatively flat, no peak of the coarse particle W powder and particle size distribution curve does not appear double The coarse grain WC powder of the peak can not be solved by the choice of raw materials. When scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the microstructure of W powder and WC powder, it was found that there were obvious micropores on the surface of W powder and WC powder. This phenomenon is not found in W powder and WC powder made from blue tungsten as raw material; compared with yellow tungsten, WC-Co and WC-Co-Ni cemented carbide prepared from blue tungsten have better performance The comprehensive performance.
