目的探讨尿液半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(Cystain C,Cys C)对早期肾功能受损的临床应用价值。方法用Hitachi 7600-020全自动生化分析仪检测130例肾病患者和80例健康体检人的血清Cr、血清Cys C和尿液Cys C的水平。结果尿液Cys C浓度与血清Cr、血清Cys C的水平随肾功能的减退而逐渐升高,呈正相关,但其敏感性更好。结论尿液Cys C浓度比血清Cr、血清Cys C更能反映肾病早期损害的情况,且对肾病的阳性检出率更高。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of urinary cystatin C (Cys C) in early renal impairment. Methods The levels of serum Cr, serum Cys C and urinary Cys C in 130 patients with nephropathy and 80 healthy people were detected by Hitachi 7600-020 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of urine Cys C, serum Cr and serum Cys C levels were positively correlated with renal dysfunction, but their sensitivity was better. Conclusions Urine Cys C concentration can reflect the early stage of nephropathy more than serum Cr and serum Cys C, and the positive rate of nephropathy is higher.
