组织公平感是一个主观判断的过程,其主观性最重要的体现在于参考对象的选择。借助于质化研究方法,探讨和分析中国劳动者组织公平参考对象选择的特点及规律,进而研究中国劳动者组织公平感的形成机制。结果表明,受文化背景及所处环境的影响,中国劳动者更加关注组织内部的公平,其参考对象的选择具有内部性、相似性和群体性。
Organizational justice is a process of subjective judgment. The most important manifestation of subjectivity lies in the choice of reference object. With the aid of qualitative research methods, this paper explores and analyzes the characteristics and rules of the selection of fair reference subjects for Chinese workers ’organizations, and then studies the formation mechanism of the sense of fairness of Chinese workers’ organizations. The results show that due to the cultural backgrounds and the environment in which they live, Chinese workers pay more attention to the fairness within the organization, and their choices of reference objects are internal, similar and group.
