小微企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,在提供就业机会,增加财政税收以及促进进出口和GDP增长发挥了巨大的作用。同时,小微企业的人力资源管理也面临着诸多严峻的挑战,严重制约着小微企业的可持续发展。本文针对小微企业的人力资源管理问题,提出多渠道促进小微企业专业化人才的持续专业发展,通过外包建立规范化的人力资源管理体系、综合采用多种激励措施等解决对策,以期促进小微企业的可持续发展。
Small and micro enterprises (SMEs), an important part of our economy, have played a huge role in providing employment opportunities, increasing fiscal revenue and taxes, and boosting import, export and GDP growth. At the same time, human resources management of small and micro enterprises also face many serious challenges that severely constrain the sustainable development of small and micro enterprises. This article aims to solve the problem of human resources management in small and micro-enterprises and put forward many ways to promote the continuous professional development of specialized talents in small and micro-enterprises, establish a standardized human resource management system through outsourcing, comprehensively adopt various incentives and other solutions to promote the development of small and micro Corporate sustainable development.
