澳大利亚TAFE体系之所以成为世界各国职业教育仿效的标杆,归因于其在教师选聘、教师考核和师资培训等方面完善的师资建设体系。从TAFE体系师资建设的特色入手,分析了高职学院中澳合作项目师资队伍现状,并从提高兼职教师比例、实现兼职教师的效能管理、打造一支专职、兼职和海外专家三位一体的国际化师资团队、分阶段针对性的实施4+1+1师资培训方案、创建知识共享文化融合的学习平台和构建具有TAFE特色的5A师资考评体系五个方面提出了高职院校中澳合作项目师资团队融合体系建设策略。
The reason why the TAFE system in Australia has become the benchmark for vocational education in other countries in the world is attributed to its well-developed faculty building system in teacher selection, teacher assessment and teacher training. Starting with the characteristics of teacher building in TAFE system, this paper analyzes the status quo of teachers in Sino-Australian cooperation projects in higher vocational colleges.
