利用CO_2激光熔凝NiAl/Al_2O_3化学复合镀层,研究NiAl金属间化合物的加入对复合镀层的性能影响。借助SEM、XRD、摩擦摩损试验机等对激光强化后的复合镀层的成分、组织、结构以及耐磨性能进行了分析。NiAl金属间化合物的加入明显提高复合镀层的表面平整度,对显微组织的细化也起到了一定的作用。激光熔凝后产生的金属间化合物对提高复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性起到重要的作用。复合镀层硬度提高近3倍,而其耐磨性提高50%左右。
The effect of NiAl intermetallic compound on the properties of composite coating was studied by CO_2 laser cladding NiAl / Al_2O_3 composite coating. The composition, microstructure, structure and wear resistance of laser-strengthened composite coatings were analyzed by SEM, XRD, friction and wear testing machine. The addition of NiAl intermetallic compound significantly improves the surface flatness of the composite coating, and also plays a role in the refinement of the microstructure. The intermetallic compound produced after laser melting plays an important role in improving the hardness and wear resistance of the composite coating. Composite coating hardness increased nearly 3 times, while its wear resistance increased by about 50%.
