目的:研究鲤鱼赤豆汤对阿霉素肾病大鼠的作用及其机制。方法:成年健康Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组。经尾静脉注射阿霉素制备阿霉素肾病模型,应用鲤鱼赤豆汤干预治疗,生化法检测大鼠12h尿蛋白排泄量,血清白蛋白、总蛋白、血钠水平,免疫组织化学法检测肾脏组织中水通道蛋白1-3(AQP1-3)的表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,鲤鱼赤豆汤高、低剂量组尿蛋白排泄量降低(F=47.21,P>0.05),血清白蛋白和总蛋白均显著升高(F(白)=15.48,F(总)=13.12,P<0.05),血清钠水平显著降低(F=3.48,P<0.05),肾脏AQP1-3表达显著降低(F(1)=6.19,F(2)=6.68,F(3)=6.18,P<0.05)。结论:鲤鱼赤豆汤可以降低大鼠尿蛋白排泄量,提高血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平,降低其血钠、血氯水平,降低AQPs在肾脏的表达水平。
Objective: To study the effect of carp-red bean soup on adriamycin-induced nephropathy in rats and its mechanism. Methods: Fifty adult healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups. Adriamycin was injected into the caudal vein to prepare adriamycin nephropathy model. The carp red bean soup was used to treat the rats. The urinary protein excretion, serum albumin, total protein and serum sodium level were measured by biochemistry method. The kidneys were detected by immunohistochemistry Expression of aquaporin 1-3 (AQP1-3) in tissues. Results: Compared with the model group, the urinary protein excretion of high and low doses of carp bean decoction decreased (F = 47.21, P> 0.05), serum albumin and total protein were significantly increased (F = 50.48, F (F = 1.49, F (2) = 6.68, F (2) = 6.68, F (2) = 6.68, F 3) = 6.18, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The carp Red bean soup can reduce urinary protein excretion, increase serum total protein and albumin, lower serum sodium and blood chlorine, and lower the expression of AQPs in the kidney.
