目的观察心理指导联合健康教育对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者情绪状态及并发症的影响。方法将98例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施心理指导联合健康教育。对比2组患者的情绪状态、术后疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(2.85±0.59)低于对照组的(3.42±0.86)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.83,P<0.01);并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论心理指导联合健康教育能有效改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的情绪状态,缓解术后疼痛,并减少并发症。
Objective To observe the effect of psychological guidance combined with health education on emotional status and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 98 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 49 cases each. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given psychological guidance and combined health education on the basis of the control group. The emotional status, postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). The postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) ) Was (2.85 ± 0.59) lower than the control group (3.42 ± 0.86), the difference was statistically significant (t = 3.83, P <0.01); the incidence of complications was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Psychological guidance combined with health education can effectively improve the emotional status of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy, relieve postoperative pain and reduce complications.
