应用SOLGAS软件测算了氯化法钛自工艺中TiCl_4的氧化体系以及不同条件下热化学平衡产物的种类和组成。为验证该计算的结果,对氧化产物TiO_2粒子中元素铝的分布进行了测定,并据此讨论了氧化过程中AlCl_3的晶型转化作用以及AlCl_3加入量与氧化工艺条件的关系。
The application of SOLGAS software to calculate the titanium chloride self-TiI_4 oxidation process and under different conditions thermochemical equilibrium species and composition. In order to verify the results of the calculation, the distribution of elemental aluminum in the oxide TiO 2 particles was measured and the relationship between the conversion of AlCl 3 and the amount of AlCl 3 during the oxidation process was discussed.
