分析法学专业的就业形势和法律职业的素质要求对地方院校卓越法律人才培养工作提出了巨大的挑战。指出在对辽宁省地方院校法律人才培养路径选择进行专项社会调研的过程中发现地方院校卓越人才培养模式存在目标定位与职业需要不适应、不能结合自身优势资源进行差异化培养、课程设计不合理且缺乏应用能力训练以及课堂组织和教学对于学生复合能力培养缺位等问题。地方院校应在厘定卓越法律人才培养目标的基础上,结合相关实践经验,进行以创建网络化高校资源共享与教学跟踪延伸平台为依托的应用型人才定位下的差异化核心课程体系设计、兰戴尔教学法指导下的教学模式与课程组织方式转变和创立高校与实务部门合作培养下的实践教学改革。
Analyzing the legal profession’s employment situation and legal profession’s quality requirements poses a great challenge to the cultivation of excellent legal talents in local colleges and universities. It points out that in the process of carrying out special social investigation on the choice of path of legal personnel training in local colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, it is found that the training mode of excellence talents in local colleges is not suited to the needs of professional needs and can not be differentiated in combination with its advantageous resources.
