本文报道了一种从人精液中提纯前列腺特异抗原的方法,本方法仅需Affigel-Blue gel柱和凝胶HPLC二步层析,即可得到均一的PSA纯品。这是一个快速、有效的提纯方法。PSA是前列腺癌的特异肿瘤标志物。
In this paper, we report a method of purifying prostate specific antigen from human semen. This method requires only Affigel-Blue gel column and gel HPLC two-step chromatography to obtain uniform PSA pure product. This is a fast and effective purification method. PSA is a specific tumor marker for prostate cancer.
