健康是人赖以生存和发展的基础。随着社会的不断发展和进步,社会对一个人这样一个个体的健康又有了新的标准。对于一个人健康完整性形成的幼儿期也变得尤为重要了。幼儿园如何为幼儿营造一个生理、心理、社会化的健康环境呢?作为教师首先要用发展的眼光认识幼儿健康的定义。过去我们只关注了幼儿生理的健康,比如,幼儿的形态发育、动作发育、智力发育,以及抗疾病的能力等等。一些心理学家和医学专家不满足于健康的生物学意义,在1988年国际心理卫生协会年会上,明确赋予健康以社会意义,他们认为健康的定义必须包括“道德品质的提高”。这样“健康”还指个人能服从社会的规范,并适当地参与社会活动,而“生病”则包括不服从社会规范,无法参与社会活动。由此可见,认识自我组织者的开放系统,健康是人与环境之间、心与身之间整体关系和谐的结果。因此,幼儿园教师要正确地树立“身心并重”的幼儿健康观。
Health is the basis for the survival and development of people. With the constant development and progress of society, society has set new standards for the health of an individual as a man. It is even more important for the early childhood of a person’s health and integrity. How to nurture children to create a physical, psychological, social and healthy environment? As a teacher, we must first use the development of vision to understand the definition of early childhood health. In the past we only focused on young children’s physical health, such as children’s morphological development, motor development, mental development, and anti-disease ability and so on. Some psychologists and medical experts are not satisfied with the biological significance of health. In the 1988 annual meeting of the International Association of Psychological Health, it was explicitly given social significance in health. They considered that the definition of health must include “the improvement of moral quality”. Such “health” also means that individuals can obey social norms and participate in social activities as appropriate, and “sickness” includes disobedience to social norms and social activities. Thus, understanding the open system of self-organizers, health is the result of the harmonious relationship between man and environment, the overall relationship between heart and body. Therefore, kindergarten teachers should correctly establish a “mind and body” concept of early childhood health.
