本研究运用ISSR分子标记技术对30份马铃薯品种(系)材料进行多态性和聚类分析,分析各品种(系)间亲缘关系。结果表明:从56条ISSR引物中筛选出6条引物进行PCR扩增,共扩增出52条带,多态性条带为47个,多态性比率约为90.38%。通过UPGMA法对30份马铃薯品种(系)材料聚类分析显示,30份供试材料品种间遗传相似系数为0.40~0.95,平均相似系数为0.675;在相似性系数0.75附近,30份马铃薯品种(系)可分为6个大类,包括5大复合组和1个独立类。这些结果说明所选取的30个马铃薯品种(系)的遗传差异比较大,遗传多样性较丰富;该研究结果为马铃薯的遗传多样性利用及种质鉴定和杂交育种提供了有力的理论依据。
In this study, polymorphism and cluster analysis of 30 potato varieties (lines) were carried out using ISSR molecular markers to analyze the genetic relationship among varieties (lines). The results showed that 6 primers were screened out from 56 ISSR primers for PCR amplification. A total of 52 bands were amplified with 47 polymorphic bands, with a polymorphic ratio of about 90.38%. Cluster analysis of 30 potato varieties by UPGMA showed that the genetic similarity coefficient of 30 cultivars was 0.40-0.95 with the average similarity coefficient of 0.675. Near the similarity coefficient of 0.75, 30 potato cultivars Department) can be divided into six major categories, including five major composite group and an independent category. These results indicated that the genetic diversity of the 30 potato cultivars (lines) selected was relatively large and the genetic diversity was abundant. The results provided a powerful theoretical basis for the utilization of potato’s genetic diversity, germplasm identification and cross breeding.
